A little Chocolate never hurt anyone!

Sunday night we baked some cookies and of course cookie monster wanted one! Here are a few pictures of him gobbling a whole cookie up. Aidan has had a "bad" week I guess you could say. On friday morning we where out front and he was playing in the mulch and I guess he hit a shrub and yellow jackets attacked him. Yes, yellow jackets! Not only once but 12 times. He was such a trooper and didn't cry but for 10 minutes. On sunday night he was coughing all night so I took him in to the pediatrician and they said he has a "little" bronchitis. So, we are on anitibiotics and albuterol. He's getting a lot better and we are so glad that we caught this before our beach trip in three weeks!!!

18 months!

Sorry it's been so long since I've posted pictures. Here are a few shots of Aidan and some with his friends Connor and Mary Catherine. We can't believe Aidan is 18 months now! Time flies so fast. The picture of him on the "nap mat" is for school. He is being moved up into a bigger class next wednesday and they will be sleeping on mats. I'm sure he will do fine but it will be a big change for him!!!

Yummy Watermelon!!!!!!!!

Well, I am happy to say we have our busy, sweet, happy going, little boy back. He has felt like "himself" since about tuesday, although he just now wanting to eat again. We had a wonderful weekend, eating with friends both friday and saturday night. Hope everyone is doing well, we are sure glad Aidan is back to "normal". Here are a few pictures of him eating his favorite food!!!!!

Hope everyone had a great fouth! We are trying to keep Aidan as comfortable as possible because he has some type of mouth virus. I called the pediatrician yesterday afternoon and described it to her and before I could finish, she said it's a mouth virus. We are just giving him tylenol and trying to get him to eat and drink as much as possible. Sorry, we didn't take any pictures, maybe in a few days he will be feeling a lot better!!!

Fun, Fun, Fun in the hot Memphis Sun!!!!!!

Today was a fun day for Aidan and I! We met Jill and Hudson in Collierville at the park. Josh and I met Jill and Brad when the boys where in the NICU together and now they have another baby boy who is six weeks old . I think the boys had fun for a while until it got a little to crowded. It's a neat place (especially since it is free), there where different water spouts a little flower that sprayed and a rainbow that sprayed water too! It also has a foamy surface, so it's not hard. We played in the water a little bit and then headed over to the playground. It's good to hang out with someone who has a little "boy" the same age so we can compare stories. We then headed to chick-fil-a for a little lunch. It was a fun morning and it's always good to see Jill!

Well, we had a wonderful time at the beach. Aidan absolutely LOVED it!!! I think he would stay out there all day. Josh and I got to go out to dinner saturday night at our favorite restaurant for our anniversary and it was wonderful. We are going to the zoo tomorrow and to have sushi tomorrow night.
