5lbs 7oz

This had to be the title of my blog! Yes our little Noah weighs 5lbs 7oz! He is a good eater and is starting to stay awake a little more in the day time and can turn his head from side to side when he's on his stomach. Aidan loves him so much and is always wanting to hold him. You can see in one of the pictures were Aidan is reading to Noah. It was the sweetest thing ever. I am so proud of him but he's still learning to be gentle.
Josh in in Philadelphia, PA this week for work and my mom is here helping out. I am going to be spoiled with all of this help! Hope ya'll enjoy the pictures, I think the boys are really cute in these!!!

At home....

We are sooo excited to have our baby Noah home! He came home monday evening and is such a good baby. He had to come home on a monitor just in case he stops breathing or doesn't take a deep enough breath it will alarm to wake him up. It sounds like a big deal but it's really not that bad. We take it off when we are holding him, so it's pretty much for sleeping and riding in the car. The pediatrician says that if he doesn't have many alarms over the next month, that he may take it off if we feel comfortable with it. Josh and I like it a night because we aren't wondering if he's breathing. Gran came in on monday to help and it was a big help! My mom is coming to help this week since Josh is going to Philadelphia, PA for a meeting. I am sure thankfull for all this help!
Aidan is a great big brother, just getting used to sharing mommy is going to be the big thing. He is handling all this really well though and we know that in time it will be a lot better! Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers, they were definetely needed and we felt them. I hope ya'll enjoy the pictures. We are sure glad Noah is here, although a little early, he is PERFECT!!!!!!

Noah Heslin Lynch

Well, I'm sure everyone knows that our little 33 week miracle came into this world on sunday, April 11 at 1:53 am. He weighed 5.3 lbs and was 18 1/4 inches. It has been crazy the past few days I must say, but our sweet Noah has really impressed a lot of people. The whole "preemie" process is a little different than a "newborn". Of course Noah hasn't gotten to the week of suck, swollow and breath in the womb yet so he had to learn it early. Josh and I are really proud of him since he has just all of a sudden yesterday started drinking a bottle! It's definetely a sign from god letting us know that although things can be hard, that he is in control of everything! Noah is doing wonderful, drinking all of his bottle every three hours and steeling all of the nurses hearts!!!! We are hoping that he will come home this weekend but they don't tell you until the day of, so I am just waiting for our sweet boy to be at home with us for good! Thanks for all the prayers and thoughts, it was sure and is still needed. Enjoy the pictures, I will try to post again as soon as he gets home!!!!

Easter and Aidan's first fish

Aidan and all of his cousins

Look at Aidan's face, he didn't want this picture!

We went down to my grandmothers yesterday for easter and after the egg hunt Aidan wanted "Mike" to take him fishing. My dad bought him a spider man fishing pole and he was ready to try it out. Needless to say Aidan caught the only fish and it was about a two pound crappie! He didn't like the fish at all he said it was "scary". After he caught the fish he was ready to go, all he kept saying was " I ready to go Mike". We ate the fish for dinner last night and it was plenty for the three of us. Enjoy the fish pictures!!!

Spring is here!!!

The sand box under the swingset... he loves this.

Hunting eggs

Yummy candy

Easter bunny

Conner and Aidan, best buds!!!

The new riding lawn mower, we really needed this since our yard is a lot bigger!!!

Aidan was really excited about daddy's birthday cake, so we used his cookie monster candle!

Here are some pictures from spring break and the past few days. Aidan has loved this weather and we are too! Last weekend we went to hernando to an egg hunt at a friends house and Aidan had the best time. He loved the easter bunny, which I thought was odd since I took him to the mall a few weeks ago and he wouldn't even go close to him. We actually waited in line to see him again but the egg hunt started. It was fun watching him hunt eggs this year because he understands a little more. We died eggs this morning (sat.) and he really enjoyed that too.
Noah and I are doing good. Just hanging in there, waiting on the weeks to pass. I am really looking forward to his arrival, which I hope is in May. Tuesday before last he weighed about 3.6 lbs, which is right on schedule. I think I will have another ultrasound tues to see how big he's gotten.
I hope everyone has a Happy Easter. We are going to go to my grandmothers tomorrow so Aidan can hunt some more eggs. Hope everyone enjoys this weather!!!
